Beautiful Wedding Portraits of Kate and Daniel in Santorini

Today’s blog post is features Kate and Daniel’s shoot with Anna Roussos Photography. It features a lovely couple, a bespoke gown, gorgeous scenery and fabulous wedding portraits of the happy couple.

Daniel tells their story “We actually planned this holiday to Greece and Turkey going to 4 destinations – Cappadocia, Istanbul, Santorini and Athens. We hadn’t planned on getting married and I was actually planning this holiday with the intention to propose to Kate in Santorini. We have always wanted to go there since we met 10 years ago so when we planned this trip we built the itinerary around Santorini. Earlier in the year we got engaged and our holiday was quickly converted into a pre-wedding honeymoon. Malaysian Chinese have a tradition of taking pre-wedding photos so for us it seemed natural to get our photoshoot done on this trip”

“We decided on Santorini as the photoshoot destination without any hesitation – for reasons of the place being one that we had always wanted to go to, the beautiful view of the place, the rich colours and the romantic feel that this place churn out naturally. It fitted with our idea for a pre-wed photoshoot – simple, nice, natural with elements of romance. And the results produced just the way we wanted it to be. Kate’s gown was made locally in Malaysia by a local designer. The shape, details and the design of the gown is bespoke and which Kate worked closely with the designer to achieve”
